Estimate your usage

Until you've walked in a pair of shoes, you maybe unsure what to expect. For estimates, we'll use lettings as the example.


Depending on how many leads you normally get per property and the number of properties you have to let, the following will help guide which package you may need:

  • A small number of properties & leads = Essentials Package
  • A reasonable number of properties & leads = Standard Package
  • A high number of properties & leads = Standard or Premium Package
  • A high number of properties & leads with several branches = Premium Package


You can always move to a higher package if your need it.

FAQ's

  • We’re a franchise member, can we use this system?

    Yes, you don’t need to change any of your existing systems (for example website).  Our system works separately (like the Portals).

  • We don’t have access to our website, does that matter?

    No, it’s a separate system, you don’t have any complex integration or website worries.

  • Do you need access to our email servers?

    No, the emails we use are used by the Portals for lead processing.  Once the lead has been established we pass all the details to you to add to your CRM.

  • Can this work with Area or Dezrez?

    Yes, this system fits inbetween the Portals and your CRM.  We’re cleaning up the Leads before they clog up your system.

  • Why should I use this?

    Currently, most estate agents using the system are seeing an 80% reduction is bad leads (these are people that would have wasted your time).  So if you want to save time, give a 24hrs service, and get your letting staff doing more proactive work you should use this.
