All the right people do :-) The forms work in different ways, depending on if it’s sales or lettings and the type of form being used. For example, when sales people with the form to fill in, normally over 70% choose to do so and this is an ‘added value service’. For lettings, we only want applicants that are serious about letting a property to fill in the form and all that are, normally fill it in.
Yes. A number of our London agency clients use it to progress interest out of normal office hours. So at 10pm on a Sunday evening, the lead feels they’ve applied for a property by giving more details than just their expression of interest. And on Monday morning, the agency has a completed form for progress the let of that property.
